Service description

The truck driver places the chock under the wheel to block the truck while unloading/loading.
The dock door is opened and the ramp is placed at the level of the truck.
A green semaphone indicates the forklift driver to innitiate the loading/unloading operation.
If the chock is moved before operation termination, a sound alarm is launched to the forklift driver and the semaphone is switched to red.
The forklift driver can resume or terminate the operation by pushing a button.
The data of the dock operation are registered in the service platform.
